The training objectives for this session are:-
To help you:
- Discover that every believer is called to the ministry of reconciliation.
- Discover that leading people to Christ involves more than just giving out tracts and inviting people to come to Church.
- Discover that to lead people to Christ we must take into consideration all the different aspects of their being - spiritual, moral, social, cultural etc.
- Discover that our evangelistic efforts will be futile unless we have a clear understanding of what our mission is.
At the end of this session you will discover that:
If we are going to win people to Christ, they will need to be made to feel that they can relate to us, not just as a religious institution but as people who care about every aspect of their being.

Points to think about
1. When was the last time you led someone to Christ?
2. Do you think methods of doing organised evangelism do change with time or with the needs of the community in which we participate?
3. Apart from prayer alone, what should we be doing individually or as a church to reach the people around us with the gospel?
4. Why (if at all) do you find it difficult to lead someone to Christ?

Points to think about

2. Like Jesus (at the well with the Samaritan woman) how good are you at telling what a person is going through, without them having to say something to you?
3. Like Jesus (at the well), in what ways can we establish common ground with people who are different from us in 21st century Britain?
4. What will change in your life after this session?

The training objectives for this session are:-
To help you:
- Discover that only God is the author of salvation - not criticism or arguments.
- Discover that the only reason people rebel against God is because their understanding has been blinded by Satan.
- Discover that people often try to bridge the gap of separation from God by doing a lot of good works.
- Discover that the death of Christ will remain meaningless to man until the concept of imputation grasps his soul.
At the end of this session you will discover that:
To become an effective witness, you must learn to place absolute confidence in the integrity of God’s Word. When God says something, He means what He says. When He says He will do something, it will be done.
