Don’t get stuck in a sackcloth and ashes repentance cycle. We need to take off our sackcloth and ashes and move on. God want to give us robes of righteousness (Isaiah 61:10) and a crown of beauty (Isaiah 61:3).

Prayer is a conversation with God. Our communication with God, whatever we say, is vitally important to God.
Can you say “It’s alright” like the Shunammite women or “It is well” like Horatio Spafford?
Are you conforming to the pattern of this world or being transformed by God as you follow Him?
There is more rejoicing in heaven over one sinner who repents. We can increase the rejoicing in heaven by telling people the Gospel.
God says our past holds us back and tells us to press on.

We really need to respect fire for what it is and what it is capable of and the same applies to our relationship with God.
