The Kingdom culture

The Kingdom culture.

Culture is a way of life and reflects the beliefs and practices of a group of people at a given time. The Kingdom represents the role of Jesus and His rule over all the earth.

Kingdom culture is defined by:

  1. Domain – A domain is geographic in nature. In the Bible the Kingdom domain signifies God’s reign over the entire earth. Jesus is the one who overrides the authority of all others. His reign is final and eternal (Luke 17:20-21; Daniel 7:27; John 18:36).
  2. Kingship – Jesus is king forever (Isaiah 9:6-7; Matthew 28:18-20). We are part of Jesus’ Kingdom.
  3. Laws – The kingdom has laws that bind it’s people to it. We are bound by the law of God. The Bible is the book of our conduct and defines how we should behave. We need to hear Jesus’ voice and follow Him. Breaking the law defiles the king. If we keep the law of God we become prosperous and successful.

The Kingdom culture shows itself in how we live our daily lives and how we love others.
